Input
Raw materials undergo specific tests to check their manufacturing and qualitative conformity.

Production
Each phase of production is carried out by the most sophisticated machinery available. This enables us to satisfy the demands of a market which is constantly evolving.

Control
This is a particularly important stage, for which we use a three-dimensional measuring Zeiss machine, vertical and horizontal profile projectors along with hardness testers.

Traceability
Once the production cycle and control stages are completed, the products are marked with a laser in order to ensure that they can be traced. All of the product documentation is digitalised and archived in our production database.
Our history
1984
Our knowledge of the manufacture of hard metals designed for wire-drawing and rolling has its roots in the early 1980s.
1996
Our small, hand-run operation grows and consolidates over the years until we become an entity capable of satisfying the demands of an ever-expanding market. The need to ensure the quality of our products and redesign our internal structure in order to make us more versatile and efficient encourages us to acquire IGQ ISO 9001-2008 certification.
2005
Eurocarbide Srl is born: our product range is broadened thanks to a merger with another complementary organisation which was already active and well-respected in the industry.
2008
Another acquisition incorporates Know-How, allowing us to produce copper and steel rollers.
2010
The Quality Control Laboratory is incorporated, including a Zeiss profilometer, hardness testers and profile projectors.
2014
We are ready for new challenges in the international market.
